Los Angeles, CA – The life of Michael Jackson has been unlike that of perhaps anyone in the history of humanity. His spectacular success from an age when most people are riding tricycles led to unmatched and unimagined success as an adult. That eventually led to his troubled adulthood, beset by unusual rumours, criminal charges,
and bizarre behaviour. All of that of course was lived out in the public eye, a celebrity on the level that very few people could ever have imagined and the likes of which have never been achieved since.
With his death at the age of 50 from cardiac arrest that incredible and troubled life has come to an end but of course the legacy of Jackson will live well beyond his physical existence. Fans and music executives of course will long be affected by the life of the King of Pop, but one field will be hurting more than others. Plastic surgery has long been an important part of Michael Jackson’s life, as important at least as his music, but with his death many surgeons throughout the Los Angeles area are already preparing their papers and filing for personal bankruptcy.
“Mr. Jackson was rushed to the hospital after collapsing at his home. He was not breathing when paramedics arrived and attempts to resuscitate him were not successful,” a law enforcement source told Scrape TV. “Mr. Jackson did pass away today as a result of the trauma created by his cardiac arrest.”
Jackson became better known in recent years for his changing physical appearance that not only dramatically changed his skin colour but also the bon structure, surgeries that reportedly have financed entire generations of plastic surgeons.
“There will likely never be another celebrity like Michael Jackson. No one can argue the
impact he had as a singer. ‘Thriller’ wasn’t just a great selling album but is considered by many to be the greatest pop album ever produced. His career spawned an entire generation of pop stars including people like Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake. That level of influence will likely never be matched,” said Scrape TV Entertainment analyst Tracey Temple. “His level of eccentricity of course is something that will never be matched. True people in the past like Vlad the Impaler and Henry the VIII had very eccentric lives but that has been mostly been lost in recent years. Jackson brought that back though of course excluded the mass murder.”
Among his eccentricities, Jackson was reported to have purchased the bones of the ‘Elephant Man’ and spent time in hyperbaric chambers. Recently he has suffered under accusations of child molestation and dangled his children over hotel balconies. Many believed that his heart just wasn't into performing anymore.
“It is a very sad day but the people who are really going to be hurt are the people who
rely on him for a living. Obviously that means his staff and helpers are going to be put in a difficult spot but plastic surgeons are likely going to suffer the greatest blow. It’s unlikely that any of them would have been on hand to help in the cardiac arrest even as a guides to help heart surgeons through the maze that is his very unusual body,” continued Temple. “Like pop stars there have been generations of plastic surgeons that have grown up on the influence of Michael Jackson. Families have been fed and many young surgeons have been inspired by the incredible amount of money to be made off someone like Jackson. It’s unlikely that the world will ever see someone the likes of Michael Jackson and that is nothing but bad news for music fans and surgeons alike.”
When told of the news, Paul McCartney was reportedly relieved and eager to see the will. Jackson has owned the rights to ‘The Beatles’ catalogue for over twenty years. Plans for Jackson's already sold out series of London concerts next month are reportedly on hold. It is not believed that Jackson will be available for the shows.
